A little about myself
Growing up I never really did figure out what I wanted to be. I got through grade school just to get through grade school. After high school I attended Junior College, the goal was to complete all the necessary credits and transfer to a four-year university, then perhaps major in something like Sociology. I love working with people maybe I could get an HR job at some company. That was the idea. But in reality I had no idea what I wanted to do.
I knew I had a lot of potential. I just needed to figure out that one thing that struck passion into my bones. My college plan did not quite pan out as I had planned. I ended up working various jobs over the years. Even though I was excelling at these positions I knew I wanted something more. I needed to be in a position where I could make a difference in the world.
In January 2021, I took my love for technology and ran with it. I earned a certificate in Full-Stack Web Development from the University Of Berkeley. I love the work I do. It never feels like work because I truly love doing it. I like the industry. I love talking about all things web development and hope one day I can use these new-found skills to make the internet a better place.
